Public Education Workshops

Public Education

CEASE Public Education program empowers individuals and communities by increasing awareness and education on sexual exploitation, human sex trafficking and social inequality.

CEASE delivers presentations and workshops on the realities and effects of sexual exploitation along with some solutions to the issues that individuals and communities face as a result.

Staff and experiential women develop presentations based on the needs of different groups to promote critical thought, empathy and to create public awareness.

Public Education builds public awarenss and is the first step in preventing sexual exploitation. CEASE and its' partners are respected voices in the community whose insights are sought within and beyond Edmonton.

A hallmark of CEASE's approach is its dedication to involving experiential women as peer and public educators.
